- Lead day-to-day Radiation Oncology department operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Supervise, develop, and manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, timekeeping, and employee relations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team activities with physicians, nurses, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient care delivery.
- Oversee department quality assurance, equipment maintenance, supply management, patient scheduling, billing activities, and operational workflows.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, maintain regulatory and operational records, and collaborate on strategic planning and capital equipment purchases.
What’s Required
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience required.
- Current registration, certification, or board credentials in a radiation specialty required.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience required.
- Experience overseeing Radiation Oncology department operations and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
- Knowledge of Radiation Oncology practices, billing and coding, healthcare finance, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Strong technical expertise preferred
