While still an employee, you’ll work with an experienced advisor. You’ll prospect new clients and meet with them as you move toward becoming an independent advisor.
After about two years, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a fully independent financial advisor. You’ll own your client list and be able to grow your business your way.
