• Hourly Wage:
  • Undergraduate Business Intern: $18.00-$20.00
  • Graduate Business Intern: $24.00
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Gain real-world experience by supporting Workplace Solutions teams with hands-on tasks that contribute to daily operations.
• Learn and grow through structured training, shadowing, and guided learning that build your understanding of business processes.
• Collaborate and connect with team members in a professional setting, practicing clear communication and teamwork.
• Take ownership of your work by completing entry-level tasks with precision and professionalism, while supporting internal teams and assisting with customer needs.
• Make an impact by sharing ideas, joining team activities, and contributing to process improvements with curiosity and initiative.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program relevant to business operations, with a collaborative mindset and a drive to grow in a professional setting.
• Eager to learn about Workplace Solutions and build a foundational understanding of business processes through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with team members, internal partners, and customers.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, able to manage time effectively and complete tasks with accuracy and accountability.
• Team-focused and curious, ready to participate in meetings, culture-building activities, and contribute ideas to improve how work gets done.
• You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE, in a hybrid environment.
