This position reports to the Shift Supervisor, and includes responsibilities in production, quality, safety, cost, cleaning, communication, and a few administrative tasks.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Set up the auxiliary equipment (robots, combo, hooking, conveyors, etc.);
- Start machines in accordance with the procedures, while making necessary adjustments (color, mold types, etc.);
- Troubleshoot when non-conformances of production occur;
- Oversee that machines reach the maximum capability, at the highest production standards, and propose alternatives methods for production efficiency;
- Follow all safety procedures in operating all equipment;
- Clean the work area and pick up personal tools;
- Fill out the required forms for repairs, set-up checklist, and/or maintenance work orders;
- Carry out other related tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in a factory setting;
- Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, PLC’s and robotics;
- Experience in assembly lines, process and mold setting is a valuable asset;
