Factory Logistics Team leader is the right end of the Factory Logistics Manager.
With his/her team, he is managing all the Logistics operational activities that allows the factory to run and the markets to be delivered.
What are we looking for?
Master degree in Logistics, supply chain or purchasing
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience in coordination role with good communication skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ensure inbound & outbound operational activities are done by his/her team to prevent from factory stops or CSL impact
- Lead the DLR and its KPI to track the performance & the deviations
- Is responsible to drive the continuous improvement mindset within his/her team and lead CI projects
- Ensure right collaboration with our main stakeholders (regional inbound/outbound team, market logistics, planning teams …) and drive continuous improvement topics with them
- Is the first point of contact for escalations linked to Inbound or outbound materials
- Supervises the activity of the 3-PL managing inbound and outbound materials in agreement with signed contract and Mars standards
- Is accountable of the stock management at 3PL (monitoring and inventory)
- Take part of the LCC management and contribute to the VL roadmap
- Contribute to the CO2 emission reduction roadmap
- Collaborates with Commercial, R&D and ENG on new regional/site projects or supplier qualification
- Ensures compliance of QFS and safety standards within activities (audit, traceability …)
- Manages the team on a daily basis and develops the capability of the team by training and coaching
- Serves as a back-up for the other team members
