- Support Classes and Teaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approach
- Building water confidence and real swimming skills
- Leading safe, structured, high-energy lessons
- Encouraging swimmers and celebrating progress
- Communicating with families professionally and warmly
- Creating a fun, positive learning environment
- Supporting your team and helping the day run smoothly

Qualifications
- Standard(Intermediate) First Aid & CPR-C
- Bronze Cross
- Assistant Swim Instructors
- Making Waves Coach Course (we train you)
Schedule
- Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Minimum availability of 2 days per week required (only required to work 1 day, but need 2 days of availability!)
