The JD Edwards Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for assisting in the analysis, development, configuration, support, and enhancement of the North American (NA) JD Edwards application in a multi currency and multi company environment. This individual must have strong JD Edwards Enterprise One technical configuration and development experience (8.x and 9.x required). The incumbent will be responsible for managing the JDE team mainly located in the USA, while maintaining a strong interface with the global JDE team in India.
This person will actively participate in the successful support and enhancement of JD Edwards (9.2) in North America, which includes sustaining and enhancing the system alongside larger project based releases, implementations, and onboarding of new companies to the JDE environments. Additionally, the incumbent will act as the main business partner with the Finance and Procurement teams, driving process knowledge and requirements discussions.
This role is located in Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule.
