Tes missions principales :
1) Acquisition:
Traitement des candidatures entrantes (candidatures spontanées, retours sur annonces et via la plateforme de sourcing MyJobCompany).
Sourcing direct via les réseaux pro (définition de profils types et d’entreprises cibles, pour être au plus proche des attentes de nos clients).
2) Qualification (téléphonique/online):
Analyse des profils et évaluation de leurs compétences.
Compréhension de leurs attentes personnelles et professionnelles, pour justifier l’adéquation avec les opportunités de postes chez nos clients (savoir-faire/être, culture d’entreprise…).
3) Présentation:
Rédaction des compte-rendu de qualification.
Sélection et transmission des meilleures candidatures au consultant en charge du compte client.
Tes actions permettrons de renforcer la notoriété de MyJobCompany, en proposant une expérience candidat irréprochable !
