Rattaché(e) à un manager opérationnel, votre mission consiste à déployer des actions de formation auprès de groupes d’utilisateurs. Pour cela, vous devrez :
- Analyser les besoins de formation de nos clients;
- Déterminer les méthodes et moyens adaptés aux besoins des utilisateurs;
- Concevoir des supports pédagogiques (supports de formation, fiches pas à pas, e-learning, mooc, serious game…);
- Animer des formations en présentiel partout en France;
- Accompagner les utilisateurs multi-niveaux;
- Coordonner le groupe dans son apprentissage.
