Au delà de vos qualités personnelles, vous vous appuierez sur une première expérience ou des connaissances dans les technologies Java, C++, SQL et PL/SQL. De plus, vous serez formé dès votre arrivée au sein de la société à la maitrise du logiciel bancaire. Ce logiciel consiste à centraliser dans une même solution la gestion des différentes opérations bancaires afin de faciliter la vie opérationnelle des clients.
