Business Development Manager, Temperature-Controlled Freight Solutions

At LEMAN, we're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help grow our Air, Ocean, and Temperature-Controlled Logistics business across the UK.

This role is all about developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities within global supply chains. You'll work with customers who rely on international freight solutions and specialised transportation services, helping them move their goods efficiently and reliably across the world.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and across the UK
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and create opportunities where others see obstacles
• Turn customer challenges into tailored logistics solutions that create real business value
• Manage the sales process from first conversation to signed agreement
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to drive growth and deliver great customer experiences
