The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success & Solutions Lead to work directly with our customers as they deploy Myto across their manufacturing operations. You'll own the customer journey from onboarding through day-to-day success, helping customers capture knowledge, deploy AI across their plants, and realize measurable operational value.

This is much more than a traditional customer success role. You'll become a trusted advisor to customers while serving as one of the primary voices of the customer inside Myto. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to shape new features, improve the user experience, and help define the future of our platform based on real customer needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex operational problems, and helping build products that customers genuinely love.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer onboarding and guide new customers through successful implementation.
• Become a trusted advisor for manufacturing, operations, and plant leadership teams.
• Support customers in their day-to-day use of Myto and ensure they achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins, training sessions, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption across additional teams, sites, and use cases.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into clear product requirements and feature recommendations.
• Work closely with product and engineering to prioritize improvements and validate new functionality.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with engineering to drive timely resolutions.
• Help build scalable onboarding, training, documentation, and customer success processes as Myto grows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working directly with both executives and frontline manufacturing teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer onboarding, training, and onsite visits.

Bonus

• Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, field service, or operational technology organizations.
• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS or AI software.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Experience working closely with product management or engineering teams to influence product development.
• Familiarity with SOPs, knowledge management, training systems, or operational workflows.

Location

Remote or based in Palo Alto, California. Travel is expected as part of the role for customer onboarding, onsite support, and customer meetings.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000–$220,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and expected impact.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a meaningful equity component. The salary range listed reflects Myto's good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.
