We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers as they deploy Myto into real manufacturing environments. You will bridge engineering and customer operations, ensuring our platform delivers immediate value while helping shape the product based on real-world deployments.
This is much more than a traditional implementation role. You'll spend time on factory floors, work alongside manufacturing teams, solve technical challenges, build customer-specific solutions, and partner closely with engineering to improve the core product. You'll often be the first person to deploy new capabilities and help define how Myto scales across industries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working directly with customers, and building products that operate in the physical world.
Remote or based in Palo Alto, California. Frequent travel is expected as part of the role for customer deployments and onsite support.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000–$250,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and expected impact.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a meaningful equity component. The salary range listed reflects Myto's good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.
