    • Build dashboards and reporting cadences that give leadership visibility into team and site performance

    • Use performance data to identify skill gaps and direct training investment where it matters most

    Leadership & Execution

    • Build the playbooks, SOPs, and management cadence needed to run a consistent, high-quality distributed field team

    • Directly manage the Clinical Operations team, ensuring regulatory work such as study-startup,  TMF management, documentation, site/IRB coordination, and site monitoring is a tightly integrated part of the same function

    • Build scalable training and development infrastructure for a distributed field and regulatory operations workforce

    • Train onsite team to represent N-Power’s mission and value proposition to practices

    • Serve as an escalation point for site-level relationship risks and support rollout of new initiatives or workflow changes across the network

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, clinical teams, and technical experts alike
