Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Experience Team and support our talent attraction and recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within an international company operating in the renewable energy sector, contributing to initiatives that help position Nadara as an employer of choice.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment channels
- Support the management of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Communication team
- Help build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and other stakeholders involved in attraction activities
- Support the organization of career days, recruiting events, and student engagement initiatives
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
What we're looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (or currently completing studies)
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People topics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, or HR tools is a plus
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is considered a plus
Internship details
- 6-month internship, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension
- €800 net monthly allowance
- €8 meal vouchers for each working day
- Based in Milan, with a flexible hybrid working model
