What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer execution for provider roles (Physicians, NPs, PAs, PMHNPs) and key onshore clinical and operations positions
- Pipeline Building: Proactively develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach, and association career centers across competitive healthcare markets
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with clinical leadership to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, coordinate interview scheduling, and drive timely hiring decisions
- Process and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in the ATS (UKG Ready), track pipeline metrics, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience
- Employer Brand and Candidate Experience: Craft compelling job postings, deliver a warm and professional candidate journey from first contact through onboarding handoff, and represent Nao Medical's culture at every touchpoint

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven experience recruiting for provider roles (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants) is strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates in competitive clinical markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional candidate-facing presence
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with UKG Ready or similar ATS/HRIS platforms is a plus
Engagement Details
- Type: Independent Contractor
- Rate: $4 to $6/hr, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, including holidays
- Location: Fully remote (any location, must work EST hours)
