Position Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provider Onboarding & Coordination
- Distribute weekly onboarding status snapshots to recruiters to confirm ESD timelines and credentialing progress.
- Ensure sponsorship documentation is completed accurately and received prior to provider start dates.
- Partner with the Scheduling team to confirm all required system setup components are completed before a provider’s first day.
- Deliver provider welcome communications, including system access instructions and key troubleshooting contacts.
- Serve as an operational liaison between Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless provider transition.
Timekeeping, Billing, Payroll & Compliance Oversight
- Utilize QGenda and iPro Analytics to validate locations, shifts, and hours billed within Ringo system
- Enforce QGenda compliance standards to ensure accurate time capture and reporting
- Cross-reference provider contracts with invoice submissions to ensure compliance with Guaranteed Time Expectations (GTE), overtime (OT) rates, and applicable regulations.
- Process internal requests to input, adjust, and reconcile QGenda punches.
- Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve billing or contract-related issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Support payroll processing by reviewing and submitting assigned payroll information and completing related tasks accurately and on time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, workforce management, staffing operations, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit data for accuracy and compliance.
- Experience working with scheduling or workforce management systems (QGenda experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
