OPERATOR

Responsibilities:

• Fill production reports.
• Follow up printing process around the clock.
• Check the Finished Product size, print registration, repeat, color matching and visual defects (dots, ink touch…).
• Troubleshoot any problem and report major ones to the Team Leader / Lead Operator.
• Provide roll sample to QC for quality control.
• To report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader / Lead Operator.
• To report to maintenance team and Team Leader in case of any breakdown or any damage in machine parts.
• Drive to reach the KPI target.
• Assigns tasks to the helpers according to the job needs.
• Fill and sign the roll / pallet label.
