PRODUCTION SENIOR OPERATOR

Pre make ready:

-      Prepares next jobs according to Factory job tickets and MPCCs

Start up:

-      Pours the right ink prepared by the ink section

-      Compares prints with chromalin or approved samples.

-      Start the machine and take the sample for verification by QC for the order start-up approval 

Job settings:

-     Sets his machines parameters according to MPCC

Job production:

-      Fills production reports

-      Follows up printing process, and check for impression, registration and ink properties.

-      Tries to propose methods to improve his machines, to his section head.

Product realization:

-      Troubleshoots any problem, and reports to the section head major ones

-      Makes sure that his machines and the premises are clean at all time.

-      Ensure right support to next production team for smooth handover. 

-      Implement IMS and close findings related to function. 

-      Report problem(s) with regards to the IMS to head of department.
