QC INSPECTOR

A)

Responsibilities:

• 1) Checks JFT before stating production.
• 2) Checks RM before starting production.
• 3) Performs QC production start-up inspection.
• 4) Performs Production online inspection.
• 5) Separating nonconforming material with HOLD tags and releasing conforming materials with QC PASSED tag.
• 6) Checks that HOLD materials are scrapped according to QA unit head recommendation & OP approval.
• 7) Collects appropriate samples upon each new order printing/production for job jacket preparation.
• 8) Reports daily inspection sheets to Unit head.
• 9) Handover the shift through the logbook to next shift.
• 10) Directly reports Non-conformance to Unit head and follows-up on corrective actions.
• 11) Notifies Shift Supervisor and machine crew about non-conforming products.
• 12) - Conducts FG shipping inspection upon each shipping loading and gives clearance upon conformance. .
• B) Authorities: 1- Approves First Piece Production of the job order.
• 2- Holds production on any machine for non conformity product.
