Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
- Organize the access of trucks and trailers for loading bay
- Control FG movement to ensure accurate stock transactions and report discrepancies.
- Ensure all checklists are filled on time
- Perform Safety inspection and upload data on the mobile app
- Make sure that the materials are preserved in good condition and vehicles properly maintained.
- Ensure the implementation of safety and security measures on the warehouse premises.
- Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
- Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex.
the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
