NaphCare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a multiple full and part-time openings at the Hamilton County Justice Center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Opportunities are available on day, night, weekend day, and weekend night shifts. As a Correctional Nurse, you will work alongside correctional officers and a multidisciplinary medical team to provide quality care to individuals in custody. In this fast-paced, structured environment, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and respond to urgent medical needs while making a meaningful impact on a patient population with complex healthcare needs.

As an LPN, you will play a critical role in our continued mission to provide quality healthcare that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Duties and responsibilities may include and not be limited to:

Physical Capabilities:
Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
