Are you an experienced Dentist looking for a genuine clinical leadership opportunity within an established Perth CBD practice?

National Dental Care is looking for a Lead Dentist to join Perth Central Dental Centre in the heart of Perth.

This is an opportunity to continue treating your own established patient base while providing clinical leadership, mentoring and support to other clinicians. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to help maintain clinical standards, contribute to team development and support the continued growth of the practice.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Lead, mentor and support other clinicians
• Help maintain strong clinical standards and best-practice patient care
• Contribute to team development and practice growth
• Work closely with the Practice Manager on clinical and practice initiatives
• Support a positive and collaborative team culture
• Contribute to ongoing clinical development and peer learning

About you

We’re looking for a Dentist who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration
• Has strong clinical experience across general dentistry
• Has confidence across a broad range of clinical presentations
• Has a genuine interest in mentoring and developing other clinicians
• Has strong communication and patient care skills
• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider team
• Can lead by example and support a high standard of clinical care

You may already have previous leadership experience, or you may be an experienced Dentist ready to take the next step into clinical leadership.

About Perth Central Dental Centre

Perth Central Dental Centre is a well-established 5-chair practice located directly opposite Perth Train Station in the heart of Perth.

The practice is supported by a team of more than 30 professionals and provides general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry to an established patient base. The practice operates 7 days a week and offers a collaborative environment for clinicians across a range of disciplines.

The practice is supported by an experienced Practice Manager and clinical team.

Where clinically relevant, the practice is equipped with:

• Digital radiography
• CAD/CAM systems
• Rotary endodontics
• Advanced sterilisation equipment
