Call Agent (Remote)

<p><span style="color: rgb(40, 50, 78);"><strong>Call Agent handles inbound calls from patients of private medical practices, managed care organizations, and military treatment facilities. Representatives of National Nurse Triage are individuals who answer inbound calls and respond to incoming calls from patients regarding medical advice, questions and inquiries.

Agents place inbound calls into a call queue and registered nurses select the calls to make outbound calls to handle the patients medical questions, requests and inquiries.
