    As an Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic expansion of our Life Sciences business across Europe. The focus of this role is the acquisition and development of customers within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare sectors, while working closely with our consulting teams to deliver high-value solutions.

    You will identify new market opportunities, build sustainable customer relationships, and represent NSF at industry events, trade shows, and international conferences.

    Responsibilities

    Business Development & Strategic Sales

    • Develop, drive, and execute sales and business development strategies across the European region.
    • Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare markets.
    • Build and expand long-term relationships with decision-makers and strategic key accounts.
    • Deliver compelling value proposition presentations, virtual demonstrations, and in-person customer meetings.
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close complex consulting and compliance projects.

    Marketing, Market Development & Positioning

    • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to ensure optimal positioning of NSF services.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Consulting, and Product teams at both regional and global levels.
    • Represent NSF at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.

    Customer Management & Reporting

    • Manage and maintain a CRM-driven sales pipeline (preferably Salesforce).
    • Prepare forecasts, market analyses, and regular management reports.
    • Ensure outstanding customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Commerce, Life Sciences, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative or solution-based selling at the executive level.
    • Strong expertise within the Medical Device industry; experience working with Pharmaceutical clients is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record of selling complex solutions or large-scale projects (e.g., exceeding USD 1 million).
    • Solid understanding of complex sales structures and decision-making processes.
    • Strong experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Established network within the Life Sciences industry, including Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare.
    • Existing relationships with C-suite executives and technical decision-makers.
    • Experience in European or international business development and sales.
    • Excellent German language skills are needed for candidates from the DACH region. For candidates focusing on other regions, such as BENELUX or Nordic German is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Highly self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage complex stakeholder environments.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and internationally.
    • Excellent English language skills; additional European languages are beneficial.
