We’ve created a structured, center-based environment where clinicians can focus on what they do best - without the stress of travel or constant transitions. National Therapy Center has been providing excellent therapy for children in the DMV area since 1991.

    Why You'll Love This Role

    • Clinic-based setting: All services provided in one preschool-style location
    • Consistent caseload: 6-7 children per BCBA with strong administrative and clinical support
    • A stable, well-organized environment where schedules are reliable
    • A warm team culture: Collaboration where everyone truly supports one another
    • Comprehensive benefits package: (Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and more)
    • Clinical Growth: Opportunities to grow as a clinician and expand into leadership roles

    Your Role & Impact

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
    • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
    • Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards

    What You Bring

    • Active BCBA certification in good standing
    • One year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but also values consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff. If you’re ready to be part of a supportive clinic where your work is valued and your day-to-day feels structured and predictable, we’d love to connect with you.
