Veterinary Specialty Hospital – North County is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist to join our collaborative and growing specialty team in San Marcos, California.
This is an opportunity to join an established Internal Medicine service within a 24/7 emergency and specialty referral hospital and help shape its continued growth alongside our current Internists. You'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse and complex caseload while working closely with specialists across multiple disciplines.
VSH North County is an AAHA-accredited referral and emergency hospital with a strong foundation of specialty medicine. Our team includes specialists in Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Medical Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Ophthalmology, and Cardiology, creating a truly multidisciplinary environment for complex case management.

The expanded facility will provide greater clinical capacity and specialty space, giving our incoming Internist a meaningful opportunity to help shape the future of Internal Medicine in a new environment.
