Compensation: Base salary $200,000-$250,000 plus production

We're seeking a board-certified or residency-trained specialist to serve as Medical Director and partner with our leadership team to guide a thriving specialty and emergency hospital committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and compassionate care.
Founded in 1996, Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Service is an AAHA-accredited hospital with a long-standing reputation for providing exceptional emergency and specialty care. As Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to influence hospital growth, support clinical excellence, mentor fellow veterinarians, and help shape the future of specialty services while maintaining an active clinical role.
