Central Distribution Specialist - Central Distribution

7-3:30pm. M-F

Coordinates and performs supply and equipment distribution for departments, maintaining efficient activity flow in assigned offices and warehouses.Essential Functions:

• Acts as a liaison to fulfill supply and equipment requests and to resolve incorrect orders, product recalls, and shipments. Communicates order status and advises of problems and delays as needed.
• Assists with the receiving, sorting, preparation, and delivery of inbound and outbound shipments, packages and mail.
• Manages Handheld Ordering System – maintains templates, ordering processes, policies, and procedures.
• Performs data entry of equipment and supply transactions. Catalogues and organizes product for multiple departments.
• Maintains inventory, monitoring expirations and placing orders as needed.
• Assists with ensuring compliance, organization, and cleanliness.

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

Experience with inventory management software, preferred.
