Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5. We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Part I and Part II are now available for the first time on PC. Currently, we’re busy at the kennel working on Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and we'd love to find talented individuals to join us.

We have a small SDET team, so you will interact with multiple departments, game systems and pipeline technologies. • Deploy and maintain project branches throughout the development of the titles
    • Collaborate with fellow engineers and QA to develop, operate, and maintain an extensible automated testing infrastructure within the studio for use in development
    • Work with artists, designers, and any other necessary departments to keep the studio working efficiently by ensuring a fast delivery of stable game updates
    • Identify, author and deploy automated tests for both game code and tools as needed
    • Responsibilities may evolve based on needs

    What skills you will use:

    • Experience with continuous integration systems
    • Strong skills with python
    • Strong skills with C++
    • Good working knowledge of Perforce
    • Minimum of 1 shipped AAA game
    • Minimum of 3 years working in the video game industry
    • Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

    Bonus Skills:

    • Experience with console programming
    • Experience working in a C++ game engine
    • Experience with databases and query optimizations
    • Experience with backend development, including databases
    • Experience with frontend web development with HTML, JavaScript, etc.
    • Experience with machine provisioning and deployment (e.g. Ansible)

As part of the Naughty Dog application process, candidates should expect to be given a technical interview.
