Database Marketing Manager

Under general supervision of the Director of Database Marketing, provides support to the enterprise with set-up, monitoring and analysis of casino promotions and direct marketing efforts. Provides timely and accurate analysis of departmental related statistics, analytical reports, and related operating expenses that will ensure the department functions in an effective, efficient, and profitable manner. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Minimum

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• An emphasis in computer science preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in business analysis, logistics, or statistical management required.
• Ability to pass a skills test specific to the job duties required for this position.
• Experience with the gaming industry, casino player management & kiosk systems, and loyalty rewards programs preferred.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
• Navajo preference.
