    Job description

    The Coordinator, TV Music will provide administrative, project, and operational support to the head of USG Television Music Creative Services, including coordination of department workflow operations.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general office administration.
    • Prepare presentations, executive reports, meeting materials, and departmental communications.
    • Organize and manage production documentation, including scripts, schedules, music breakdowns, cue sheets and other show related shared-drive resources.
    • Maintain Airtable tracker throughout the production lifecycle for all projects.
    • Conduct research and maintain current databases of composers, agents, artists, publishers, licensors, management reps, and other industry personnel.
    • Coordinate all meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up notes.
    • Support special projects and initiatives while ensuring timely communication, organization, and follow-through.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of entertainment experience supporting an executive
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Co-Pilot, Airtable and presentation development.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
    • Genuine passion and keen interest in the intersection of music and television production.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive executive, production, and business matters.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

    Salary range: $56,000 - $60,000
