Technical and Operational Duties:
- Upload customer requests to the system after verifying their accuracy and completeness.
- Accurately submit customer requests to the central system following a comprehensive review of all data and supporting documents.
- Monitor pending transfer transactions and communicate with customers regarding their status.
- Track suspended or pending transactions within the electronic system and work toward their resolution by coordinating with customers or the relevant departments.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities and correspondent banks.
- Handle inquiries from regulatory authorities and correspondent banks professionally, using precise banking terminology and supporting documentation when required.
- Archive all transaction-related documents in an organized manner.
- Perform electronic archiving of files within the bank's approved system, ensuring documents are properly classified according to the transaction type and date.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience Required:
1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
