Job description

Identify the training needs of bank and branch employees based on business requirements and performance evaluation results, and assist in conducting employee interviews to assess training needs and enhance employee performance and operational efficiency.
Select appropriate training methods and approaches, such as individual training, group training, computer-based training, practical training, or theoretical training, and provide recommendations to the direct manager.
Coordinate local (within Iraq) and international (outside Iraq) training arrangements with training centers and relevant institutions to secure training opportunities for bank employees, manage trainee enrollment procedures, and follow up on all related matters throughout the training period until completion.
Organize internal training programs conducted within the bank, including preparing training facilities, coordinating with trainers, assisting in training evaluation through monitoring trainer performance and trainee outcomes, and preparing training certificates.
Prepare the annual training budget by collecting historical data, estimating associated costs, and submitting it to the Head of Training Unit for review.
Evaluate internal and external training programs according to established evaluation criteria and prepare studies and reports demonstrating training outcomes, trainee development, and performance improvement for submission to the direct manager.
Maintain training records in an organized manner in accordance with approved procedures and guidelines, and monitor training expenditures against the approved annual budget.
Coordinate employee training schedules in direct collaboration with their supervisors and obtain approval from the relevant department manager for training plans.
Manage training activities through the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and generate periodic reports on completed training programs.
Prepare internal training plans for newly hired employees.
Coordinate with departments and divisions to identify training needs related to the development of employee skills and competencies through performance analysis, interviews, and consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Manage and plan training and development activities across the bank group by establishing training plans and programs, preparing budgets and schedules, and aligning initiatives with training needs, procedural changes, job requirements, and analytical study results.
Develop and improve training procedures, training evaluation processes, and learning materials, and oversee the preparation of reports measuring trainee progress and training effectiveness.
Receive university internship requests and prepare training plans for students during their summer internship period.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role
