We’re looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and helping others. As an IT Service Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees needing technical support — playing a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and system access issues
- Troubleshoot problems via phone, email, and remote tools
- Log and track incidents using our ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved or high-impact issues appropriately
- Offer excellent customer service while providing solutions in a user-friendly way
- Assist with account resets, system access, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting
- Support IT initiatives, projects, and documentation updates as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or IT training a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or IT help desk role
- Strong understanding of basic IT concepts: hardware, networks, Microsoft Office, peripherals
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
- Availability to work different hours as well as on weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
