If so, we want to hear from you! Our Industrial Division is expanding across the Swindon/South West region, and we’re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our high-performing team.
What You'll be Doing
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of industries—heavy manufacturing, metalworking, engineering, automation, transportation, and more. You will:
- Build relationships with both new and existing customers
- Sell high‑quality chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment
- Work independently in the field, identifying sales opportunities and driving results
- Visit customer sites to demonstrate products and showcase the value we deliver
- Attend team meetings, product training, and development sessions
- Collaborate closely with our dedicated customer service team who support you every step of the way
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced in a customer‑facing environment
- Confident with cold calling or field sales—B2B or B2C experience is a bonus but not essential
- Highly organised, clear in communication, and eager to grow your sales career
- A relationship‑builder who can earn trust and influence buying decisions
- Self‑motivated, target-driven, and ready to maximise your uncapped commission
- A holder of a valid UK driving licence (essential for this field based role)
- Competitive Salary with an uncapped commission scheme; realistic OTE of £35-45k per year.
