Senior Registered Nurses

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards.

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' conditions while promptly reporting changes and implementing appropriate interventions.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately while maintaining complete and timely documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, health promotion, and discharge instructions.

• Adhere to hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and support life-saving interventions when required.

• Ensure the safe use of medical equipment and maintain the availability of essential clinical supplies.

• Participate in continuous professional development, mandatory training, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience with reputable healthcare institution
• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / Post RN B.Sc. Nursing / MSN
• Registration: Valid Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC) License
