Senior Creative Designer - 12 mth FTH

As a Senior Creative Designer at Nearmap, you'll be a key custodian of our brand's creative vision, keeping our visual identity cohesive and compelling across every touchpoint, globally. Working in partnership with the Brand and Content team and collaborating with marketing and GTM teams across regions, you'll bring our value proposition to life through design that resonates with our audiences.

You'll lead the creation of visual identities and digital and print design assets that support Growth Marketing campaigns and Nearmap's brand initiatives; driving brand awareness, leadership, and engagement. Your expertise and design leadership will elevate the creative output and build a culture of excellence and innovation, distinctive in design.

You'll also advocate for strong design culture at Nearmap, working with cross-functional partners to build an efficient design process that keeps our customers at the center of everything we do.

• Own the creative quality bar across every campaign and brand touchpoint
• Lead visual identity and asset creation for 5 global campaigns, from digital ads to event booths
• Keep brand guidelines airtight across all platforms, working hand-in-hand with digital design
• Run the full design process, ideation to delivery, and manage external designers when work is outsourced
• Use campaign performance data to sharpen creative decisions, not just personal taste
• Build the bridge between brand and Product Design, shared research, shared UX principles, shared visual language
• Push Nearmap's visual identity forward; templates, guidelines, process, all of it
• Bring outside design thinking in — trends, tools, techniques that keep Nearmap ahead

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social (global scope preferred)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva
• Competency in motion design and storyboarding, not just static assets
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Expertise in developing and maintaining brand guidelines while knowing when to evolve them
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external contributors simultaneously
• Excellent cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
• University degree in design, marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience
