    What You'll Do:

As the Office Clerk, you'll provide essential support to Early Childhood Services, helping keep operations organized, efficient, and responsive to the needs of children, families, staff, and community partners. In this role, you will:

    • Provide administrative, clerical, and receptionist support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Serve as a key point of contact by answering phone calls, responding to emails, directing inquiries, and welcoming visitors.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to families, staff, community members, and program stakeholders.
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, materials, and other organizational needs for the Regional Leadership team.
    • Maintain organized office systems, reports, records, correspondence, and other important program documentation.

    • Receive and distribute mail, compile data, support staff projects, and assist with day-to-day office operations.
    • Communicate urgent or critical information to appropriate personnel and assist with problem resolution.
    • Participate in meetings, training opportunities, and ongoing professional development.

Every day, you'll play an important role in supporting families, staff, and program services while helping ensure Early Childhood Services runs smoothly and effectively.

    What We'll Love About You:

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, providing excellent customer service, and helping support children, families, and staff behind the scenes. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.

    • Associate's degree in business or related field is preferred.
    • Experience in an early childhood or educational setting is a plus.

Most importantly, you're passionate about providing exceptional support and creating a welcoming experience for children, families, staff, and community members.
