Neptune North was founded in 2024 as a joint venture between Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and part of the NYSE-listed Marsh, and Rokos Capital Management, a global alternative investment fund manager. Our people are exceptional technical experts, who thrive on exploiting leading-edge technologies to solve the most complex problems.
We provide bespoke technology solutions to businesses operating in the banking and financial services, private capital and defence industries.

The Opportunity
Our Degree Apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to apply your academic learning in a real-world business context and accelerate the start of your careers in technology and financial services through our four-year combined study and work programme.
You will gain a recognised degree from a renowned Russell Group University (BSc Honours in Digital & Technology Solutions from Warwick University) – without tuition or student loan debt.
As an integral member of the team, you’ll gain advanced proficiency in desktop and system support, along with the opportunity to solve complex challenges aimed at optimising workflows and processes.
As you progress, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills. In your third and fourth years, you’ll get the opportunity to specialise in areas of your interest such as Software Engineering, Data Analysis, and IT Consulting, working closely with industry experts in these fields.
