IT Front Office Coordinator

As a IT Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Manage 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Manage tickets under the respect of contractual SLA.
• Manage the escalation process.
• Coordinate a team.
• Organize logistics and stock.
• Perform network patch and device management.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar IT support role with an IT/Informatics educational background or degree.
• Hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting, configuration, and repair for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Experience with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and physical cabling.
• Experience with end-to-end inventory management, onboarding/offboarding equipment deployment, stock orders, Blancco machine declassification, and shipping.
• Experience with logging, managing, and resolving 2nd/3rd level incidents via ServiceNow within strict SLA guidelines.
• Knowledge of local daily task planning, ticket queue management, workload redistribution, SLA compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, autonomous problem-solving in multicultural settings, and a clean criminal record.
• Fluent English and Dutch (written and spoken) required; French or additional European languages are a strong plus.
