Position Overview：

Support acquisition and operations decisions with data; responsible for growth attribution, retention / LTV modeling and ad monetization analysis. The analytical core for single-product data review.

Responsibilities：

• Build and maintain core metric dashboards (DAU / retention / ARPU / CPI / ROAS / LTV)
• Conduct acquisition attribution analysis and channel ROI evaluation to support budget allocation
• Analyze retention funnels and user segmentation; identify churn points and optimization opportunities
• Support A/B experiment design and effectiveness evaluation for version updates and events
• Produce aggregated data briefs to support decision-makers (including aggregated figures compliant with regulatory requirements)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related fields
• Proficient in SQL; master Python or R for data processing and analysis
• Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker, etc.)
• Statistical thinking and foundational knowledge of A/B testing concepts
• Fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with cross-regional and fast-moving teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in data analysis / growth / the gaming industry
• Understanding of mobile ad attribution (MMP: AppsFlyer / Adjust, etc.)
• Understanding of game economy systems and monetization models
