As our Indonesian original slate continues to grow, world-class post-production has become central to how we bring our creators' visions to life at the technical and creative bar our members expect. We are looking for a Manager, Post Production to oversee a slate of Indonesian Netflix titles—spanning series and films—from development through final delivery.

You will partner closely with creators, production partners, internal cross-functional teams, and post vendors to elevate post-production quality, operational excellence, and workflow innovation across the region, ensuring that each project delivers on schedule, within budget, and at Netflix's high technical and creative standards. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of post-production for Indonesian storytelling, at the center of one of Netflix's fastest-growing content regions.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Technical Direction * Set post-production strategy for Indonesian titles, from development through delivery. * Provide early guidance on scripts, budgets, schedules, and creative and technical needs. * Guide key decisions across editorial, sound, color, VFX, mastering, and delivery to uphold Netflix's standards. Slate & Production Oversight * Oversee post-production health across multiple titles, spotting and resolving risks early. * Lead cross-functional decision-making across creators, production teams, vendors, and internal partners. * Balance creative ambition, quality, budget, and schedule across the slate.

Innovation & Workflow Improvement * Shape Indonesia's post-production innovation roadmap, informed by industry and technology trends. * Drive adoption of new tools and workflows that improve quality, efficiency, and scale. * Turn lessons from individual titles into scalable improvements across the slate. Strategic & Regional Impact * Build the talent, vendor, and infrastructure capacity needed to support the Indonesian slate. * Strengthen Indonesia's post-production ecosystem through vendor partnerships and local talent development. * Represent Indonesia in regional post-production discussions, shaping shared Netflix tools and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Core Experience * 8+ years of experience in post-production for film or television, studio or independent. * Proven experience managing Indonesian-language content, with established relationships across Indonesia's post-production vendors and crews. * Track record building and scaling vendor or talent networks within a regional market. * Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Technical & Creative Skills * Strong understanding of post workflows, formats, and industry-standard editorial, color, and mastering tools, including 4K and HDR. * Ability to give clear, creative feedback while safeguarding schedule and budget. * Experience with VFX workflows and production is a plus.
• Leadership & Soft Skills * Exceptional communication across creative, technical, and vendor teams. * Proven ability to drive process or technology change across teams and partners. * Strong problem-solving orientation, comfortable managing multiple titles concurrently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
