We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Australian team, based in Sydney or Melbourne.
This role is all about hunting for new opportunities and growing our Enterprise-lite (SMB) customer base. If you (or someone you know) loves opening doors, building relationships and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and win new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new opportunities.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, tenders, RFI responses and customer presentations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful implementation of new business.
- Share market insights and customer intelligence to help shape our strategy.
- Represent Netlogix at networking and industry events.
- Contribute to the development of our SMB Enterprise-lite Go-to-Market and Customer Segmentation strategies.
What we're looking for

- Has 5–8+ years' experience selling into the Australian SMB market with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Is a genuine hunter who loves finding and winning new business.
- Has an established network of industry contacts and knows how to turn opportunities into customers.
- Is entrepreneurial, self-motivated and adaptable.
- Is an exceptional relationship builder and influencer.
- Communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Brings a positive attitude, a great sense of humour and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
