PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Office Location: Makati City
Primary Functions:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts
- Provide support in financial analysis, forecast and budgeting.
- Data entry and filing
- Prepare payment Voucher
- Conduct BIR Tax review (monthly)
- Key in of invoices in AutoCount
- Prepare journals every month end
- Bank recon every month end
- Audit Schedules every month end
- Bank monitoring for forecast of expenses
- Consolidation of Receipts for expenses
- Consolidation of AP/AR invoices for VAT - (monthly basis)
- Others:
Office Information: Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri
REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses relevant accountancy qualification
- Preferably 3-5 years of Accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)
- Good team player to support on-going process change and management reporting
- Have a positive attitude towards challenges, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Commitment to meet tight deadlines and reporting requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Autocount Accounting software experience would be advantageous
- Preferably, CPA
