Job description

Design and implement network infrastructures to best fit customer security requirements and timeline
Attend and lead the technical kick-off meeting to set customer expectations and can evaluate any concerns
Ensure accuracy of daily report on all open and closed tickets for submission to supervisor.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining adherence to organization and professional standards.
Respond to the Help Desk by phone, e-mail and automated system alerts using ticketing system.
Secondary resource in providing solutions and defined security requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
Provide Technical trainings (Internally/Partners/End Users)
Must pass all certification exams that may be required by the company on the products that will be supported
Provide Post and Pre-Sales Technical support that
- includes:
  - Meetings or consulting
  - Secondary pre-sales resource in creation of BOM recommendation, TOR response, Product presentation and sizing
Infrastructure Integration
Knowledge transfer
Maintenance Support (Preventive
Maintenance, Upgrades and Updates)
