Client Service Associate

Patton Albertson Miller Group LLC is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our team in Macon, Georgia. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with clients and advisors while supporting the day-to-day delivery of a high level of client service. 

The Client Services Administrator will play an important role in supporting and strengthening client relationships by assisting with client requests, preparing for meetings, coordinating with custodians and other professional partners, and helping ensure account-related needs are handled accurately and efficiently. This individual will also have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the firm’s wealth management operations, systems, and client service processes.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5:00p.m. on site.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings and reviews.
• Assist clients with requests including deposits, withdrawals, documentation, and other account-related needs.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, custodians, advisors, operations teams, estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and TPAs.
• Prepare, process, and track client engagement, account, and investment paperwork.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and account-related issues.
• Provide phone and reception desk coverage as needed.
• Adhere to applicable regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience 
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree and knowledge of the RIA, brokerage, or financial planning industry preferred.
• Service-oriented professional who is comfortable meeting, greeting, and communicating with clients and other professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments while providing a high level of client service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and recognize when guidance or assistance is needed.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with Salesforce, Orion, Fidelity, and/or Schwab is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology, systems, and software.
• Collaborative and energetic team player willing to support the team wherever needed.
