Residential Group Home Manager
As a Residential Group Home Manager at NCFL, you’ll:
- Lead, supervise, orient, and train direct support staff.
- Coordinate and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage of the home.
- Ensure staff complete all required trainings and follow agency policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state rules, regulations, and agency requirements.
- Maintain accurate client files, records, reports, and other required documentation.
- Manage the household operating budget and maintain the home's bookkeeping system.
- Attend medical appointments with residents and help coordinate their ongoing needs.
- Plan and participate in community outings and activities with residents.
- Promote independence, dignity, and individual rights while ensuring residents receive the support they need.
- Implement and reinforce house rules and procedures related to safety, security, and residents' rights.
- Ensure residents maintain appropriate hygiene, grooming, and appearance.
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the community residence.
- Serve as a dependable leader and resource for staff, residents, and their support teams.
