Dental Patient Coordinator

We are seeking an Patient Coordinator to join our growing team! We are looking for an individual who embodies compassion and reliability, with a preferred three years of experience in dental front and back office. Responsibilities

• Appointment coordination for doctors and hygienists with an emphasis on productive booking
• Treatment planning, consulting, and case presentation, including continuity and follow-up
• A strong grasp of general dental procedures and coding
• Efficiently manage accounts receivable, including collections at time of service and balance billing, and closely monitor and reconcile insurance and patient aging reports
• Dental Assisting when needed
• Ability to coordinate insurance benefits and effectively calculate treatment estimates
• Patient communication, treatment coordination, insurance verification, and unscheduled treatment follow-up
• Ability to take radiographs, take and pour impressions and intraoral scanning (iTero)
• Maintaining Sterilization when needed and help with room turn over in between patients
• Ensure HIPAA & OSHA compliance within the practice
