    What You'll Need

    • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment
    • A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment
    • Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes

    The base salary for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

    This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
